Our practice in Administrative Law includes the full guidance for public bids, covering the analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFP’s), guidance on preparation of documents, participation in the meetings for opening the proposals, and the elaboration,  drafting and filing of administrative appeals and adoption of applicable legal measures.

In addition, TMBJ promotes the analysis and interpretation of administrative contracts such as those for the concession of public services and public-private partnerships (PPP’s), as well as concessions of the right to use and dispose of public areas.

We often provide consulting services in matters related to the Brazilian Law of Administrative Improbity and the Fiscal Responsibility Law.
